New arrivals
The first day is the scariest. The HR team looks after people who arrive: the open meeting, choosing a project, the first tasks.
At the start you can look at several projects before choosing one. Then you start with a small task, one you can manage, alongside people who have been there longer.
- First stepChoose a project and write to us through the form.
- SecondCome to the open meeting: meet the teams and ask every question you have.
- ThirdLook at one or more projects, no rush.
- FourthTake on your first task, together with the people already there.
Holding the teams together
With more than 170 people and eleven projects, someone has to keep track: who is doing what, who needs a hand, who needs to slow down during exams.
Everyone gives the time they have. Some people, during exams, work a few hours a week, and once the exam session is over, give a lot more. Slowing down is normal, and you come back when you can.
- 01
Welcome
Replying to people who write in, introducing the teams, following the first few days.
- 02
Coordination
Knowing who is working on what, and getting the teams talking to each other.
- 03
Organisation
Meetings, shared work tools, the calendar of meetings.
What you learn
How to get a mixed group of people working well together: listening, splitting up the work, sorting out a problem between two people before it grows. These are things that matter in any job.

You do not need experience and you do not need a CV. Write to us: we invite you to the next meeting, where you meet the team.
